Kristin Cavallari has apologized for bringing Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt together--finally! Doesn't she know that half her haters detest her for this very reason? The reality show bad girl recently spoke out about her failed matchmaking skills.

"I want to apologize to everybody, I had no idea what it would turn into," Kristin told Dan Levy from The Hills Aftershow.

Since Kristin is poised and ready to start catfighting all over the place on The Hills (and we thought it couldn't get trashier), at least she's taking care of one apology before the show hits and things get really messy.

Heidi and Spencer were compared to global herpes by Joel McHale just last week in PopWrap. Maybe Kristin should keep apologizing, or some more sites should put a mortorium on their pics and news like E! Online. It's only going to get worse from here!
