Kristin Cavallari has been posing up a storm for the super-fake season of The Hills, and of course that includes some posing at the beach. This time, she wore a red cover-up to disguise her tummy and thighs while on camera, but she totally didn't need it. How does Kristin look so fierce?
While a lot of us have traded bikinis for sweatshirts at this point, the cool weather period before the snow flies is a great time to keep fit. Working out outside is more enjoyable than when it's sweltering, and a good job through the foliage or down a picturesque city park path can improve your mood drastically.
Are you feeling in the mood to tone like Kristin, but outside before it's too late? Here are some jogging tips for fall.
*Don't wear giant headphones that muffle all sounds. Not only is it a good way to get mugged, but you're a danger to cars and other runners. Keep your music low and light for outside.
*Add extra support in your shoes. Running on a treadmill isn't just boring, but predictable footing. If you like rockier trails or the city track, consider padding up your shoes with gel inserts.
*Wear smart fabrics. When the weather gets colder, it's hard to find fabrics that keep you warm enough without also making you feel like you're going to pass out from heat exhaustion by the end of your trip. I like Climalite and smart fleece when I jog, and in multiple layers that are easy to shed.
