The Pop Artist Is Celebrated With Everything From Flower Eyeshadows to Soup Can Nail Polish

Holiday gift givers, take note: a whole lot of us are going to want selections from the upcoming NARS x Andy Warhol Holiday makeup collection.

The new line, which will be released in two waves in October and November, features clever nods to the late pop artist, including beautiful eyeshadow kits in the shape of his signature pop flowers, a Debbie Harry color palette and even a nail polish that will come in a Warhol-esque soup can.

"I first discovered Andy’s work when I was maybe 12 or 13 years old. I remember being so drawn to the colors -- so bright and graphic," NARS founder and creative director, François Nars, told Women's Wear Daily (via SheFinds.com).

"Andy continues to be one of the most influential figures in both contemporary art and pop culture. Andy said, 'If everybody’s not a beauty, then nobody is.' This is the same sentiment I wanted to bring to life with Nars."

The Andy Warhol collection makes its debut at Sephora on Oct. 2 with the "Pop" set, including five nail polishes, five lip glosses, pencils, eyeliners, a highlight brush and the $65 Debbie Harry Cheek and Eye Palette.

On Nov. 1, a second wave of the collection will debut in department and specialty stores, and pay homage to Warhol's Factory era and the stars he helped create.

In addition to the $200 Silver Factory set, there will also be a Beautiful Darling set, and a $75 Edie set that includes eye shadow and lipstick and comes in a film canister with Edie Sedgwick's face on it.
