Lady GaGa Feeds Waiting Fans
Lady GaGa: "Let them eat pizza!"
"Hi, delivery boy? This is Lady GaGa." While Lady GaGa usually sings "Paparazzi," at a signing Monday she sang pepperoni.
Thousands of fans waited outside a West Hollywood Best Buy for hous for a chance to grab a GaGa autograph and a copy of her new album Fame Monster...and with a $1,000 pizza order, the ever-generous Lady GaGa provied that did not want them to go hungry.
So what did she do? She phoned Papa John's! Fans noshed on pizza in line so that by the time they reached the autograph table, they weren't ready to pass out. The gesture made Lady GaGa very happy, as she tweeted, "Sending all my little monsters little pizzas for waiting all night for me at best buy," she Tweeted. "I hope you're hungry ... eat up I love u!"
.
Wow, that is love! So celebrity-fab. With the economy still hurting as it is, pop stars are finding over-the-top ways like this to show their fans how much their support is appreciated even when resources are tight. It was reported that Taylor Swift did a similar move last summer in London, calling on Domino's! How swift is that!
(And much happier than Taylor Swift having to sue an Idaho bar, as we just reported!)
