Baby Gaga is hot, but not cool for Lady Gaga.
You know, we were loving Lady Gaga with the whole "Born This Way" movement...but this latest move is pretty lame. Thousands of you loved our story about the London ice cream parlor that crafted Baby Gaga breast milk ice cream, but it looks like Lady Gaga is trying to melt their success. Huh?

Our pals at PopEater reported Tuesday morning that Lady Gaga is fed up with this cheeky marketing move, and she's considering a lawsuit:
Gaga's attorneys at the law firm of Mishcon de Reya sent the owners a legal letter asking them to stop using the name 'Gaga' in their ice cream, calling their concoction "deliberately provocative and, to many people, nausea-inducing."
The singer's lawyers are accusing Icecreamists owner Matt O'Connor of trying to promote his ice cream by linking it to her name, stating, "The references you are making to Lady Gaga are thus clearly deliberate and intended to take advantage of her reputation and good will. Associating the Lady Gaga mark with a food product which may be unsafe for human consumption (owing to the risk of it carrying such viruses as hepatitis) is also highly detrimental."

Oh please, this from the creature who wore a body condom on "Good Morning America"...and ice cream is bad for her image?! It was actually the first time the notion of "Gaga" appealed to many of us. The Baby Gaga ice cream was only on sale for a few hours, and it's been taken out of the cooler until it gets government health approvals. Icecreamists owner Matt O'Connor calls Lady Gaga's lawsuit rubbish. "We think this is very unnecessary, the whole thing will be over by next week, but we are prepared to fight this in court," O'Connor said.
Lady Gaga, when you said you were "born this way," we thought you meant cool. As I've said before, "Gaga" is just one letter more than "gag." Flip through our Lady Gaga slideshow, and hit the blue links for more.
