Lambert was too drunk

We reported on Lady Gaga's lavish birthday party inside a Los Angeles Mexican restaurant this week...and Gaga's mom wasn't the only one who was stunned at the guests' behavior! Turns out Lady Gaga had security put Adam Lambert into a car and send him home when he got so drunk he injured himself.

It's said the highlight of Lady Gaga's 25th birthday bash was her Latin-inspired rendition of "Born This Way" alongside La Cita Mexican restaurant's Mariachi band. Apparently the party-goers were out of control on the dancefloor, and one source said Adam "Glambert" Lambert slammed his head off the ceiling from dancing like such a fool.

Now a new report seems to affirm that rumor: Lambert was a wreck at Lady Gaga's birthday. Turns out he didn't hit his head, but he did punch a hole in the ceiling while he was fist-pumping. The worst part? Lambert wasn't even an invited guest: he showed up with the Scissor Sisters. Perez Hilton says indeed Lambert's display was a spectacle: "Adam showed up beyond drunk ... Super sloppy embarrassingly drunk!"

Another witness said Lambert "acted like an animal," and sources suggest Lady Gaga instructed security to take him outside.

Meanwhile, that didn't seem to stop him from partying later in the week -- Wednesday night, Lambert's boyfriend rang his own birthday with yet another celebration...and of course Adam was all smiles for the cameras.

You know it's bad when Lady Gaga says you're too wild for her party...what was Lambert's response? This week he tweeted, "My hand still hurts. LoL ... Was trying for celebratory gesture 4 gaga's B- piñata style...instead my fist is all bruised and la cita has a hole in the ceiling. #sloppy."
