Lady Gaga vomited on stage at a weekend concert, but adhered to that old show biz saying, "the show must go on," and carried on with her performance without missing a beat.

Did Gaga catch Bieber Fever or something?

Justin Bieber just fell ill during a concert last week, turning his back to the crowd  to puke up his dinner before finishing out his show.

Gaga appears to have upstaged Bieber, throwing up three times during one of her songs.

During a performance of The Edge of Glory at her Born This Way Ball show in Barcelona, Gaga turned around to boot, with the backup vocals playing on.

A male dancer was continued to do his thing, while she threw up two more times before finishing the song.

Lady Gaga told fans on Twitter: "I want my fans to know I'm there for them. I want them to see every part of me. I am never going to leave them."

She also made light of the situation, writing, "Was praying nobody saw but actually its quite a good laugh if u need one! Check out Lady PukeGA doing Swan "Vomit" Lake."

She added, "I still hit my routine mom!! :) Thank goodness for the Dorchester ... i need some tea ,i think i just cried a little watching that."

It's really amazing that she doesn't miss a beat and continues on though, isn't it?
