Oh, how we wished Lady Gaga got those butterflies and lambs because how awesome of a show would that have made? But unfortunately, Lady Gaga's request for butterflies and lambs during her upcoming X Factor performance was turned down. Did Simon Cowell have anything to do with it?

No, it wasn't exactly X Factor judge Simon Cowell's fault Lady Gaga's wishes weren't answered. Though he was a bit surprised by her wants, her request was actually vetoed by health and safety officers. We guess we kind of see why having lambs running around stage would probably be a bad idea.

According to a source, "Simon wanted her on the show because he knows she will put 110 per cent into the performance... She is always way out there with her costumes and dance routines. But not even he was prepared for what she had in mind." How could anyone be prepared for anything Lady Gaga does? The source continues, "He thought the animals request was a joke but then realized it was Lady Gaga. Simon is an animal lover and wasn't against having the lambs running around, but he said no because of health and safety."

Instead of lambs and butterflies, Lady Gaga opted for half-naked men. Hey, that's a totally fair exchange! And allegedly, people are still going to be "stunned" by Lady Gaga's performance on X Factor. We have no doubt about that and we can't wait to see it!
