Lady Gaga to Be Awarded for Her Fashion
Lady Gaga knows what she's doing when it comes to fashion!
We like to laugh at Lady Gaga's outfits sometimes because they're just so... outrageous. But we do have to admit girlfriend's got some amazing style sense. Just because we wouldn't wear most (any) of them, doesn't mean she isn't crazy fashionable! And now she's being awarded for her look.
Yup, Lady Gaga is about to become an official StyleMaker, dubbed so by her friend and the amazing designer Marc Jacobs. She'll receive the award on Monday night at 13th annual Accessories Council Excellence Award. Lady Gaga sure does know how to work her accessories, so we'd definitely say she deserves this award!
According to the ACE president, "[Gaga is] well-appointed in accessories. Just when you thought you saw everything in originality, there she is again. People anticipate what she's going to wear, and it's exciting to see accessories as such a meaningful part of someone's wardrobe." It's true. Even though we wouldn't wear most of what Lady Gaga wears, we do look forward to events she attends so we can see what crazy outfit she'll have on next.
Also at the event, Diane von Furstenberg will receive the Accessory Visionary Award and Burberry for Brand of the Year.
