Lady Gaga to Release Her Own Brand of Water

Lady Gaga isn't content just to be a mega watt pop star- - she's a brand, and don't you forget it.

Following the recent release of her celebrity fragrance, Gaga is working on a new project: bottled water.

Rather than tackle a Gaga branded booze or a whack-a-do clothing line, Lady Gaga has set her sights on water. Really? Couldn't she take an eco stand against the horrific plastic waste and encourage her Little Monsters NOT to drink bottled water instead? Sigh.

So far, details about the water are top secret, but the New York Daily News reports that a multi-million dollar advertising campaign is planned.

For bottled water. Crazy, right?

A source tells the Daily News, "Everyone at Gaga HQ is keeping very tight-lipped. There are plans being prepared for marketing strategies. We know that the water drink is due out in the near future. No one has seen prototypes of the bottle."

The source adds, "Gaga water is something that has been in the pipeline for a few months, and now things are gearing up to an announcement and high-profile launch."
