Lauren Conrad Designing Clothing for Kohls

LC is giving it another go!

We've always been fans of Lauren Conrad. She seems like a classy lady who actually has serious goals and aspirations. And she just doesn't give up!

While we're seriously going to miss Lauren on the upcoming season of The Hills, we think quitting the show is probably the best thing she could have done for herself. She made her name from the show and we think she did a good job of being entertaining without making a total fool of herself (ahem, unlike some people).

Her first clothing line failed. It wasn't that the pieces weren't totally cute and fashionable. We actually loved them! But they were way pricey, and in this economy, it's not likely people are going to lay down lots of dough for clothing from a star of The Hills. Her biggest fans are also probably the people who can't afford to spend a ton.

So, we were super excited when Lauren Conrad announced in the new issue of Shape that she'll be launching a line at Kohls in October! The line will be called LC, which is totally perfect. We hope the clothing is similar to the clothes she wears in real life (we're obsessed with her collection of dresses). Since they'll be at Kohls, we're fairly certain we'll be able to afford them! We'll keep you updated as more details on Lauren's line become available.
