Lauren Conrad Admits Her Acting Faults

Lauren Conrad has admitted that she stinks at acting. At least she's honest! With The Hills days long gone and new projects on the horizon, Lauren's not trying to put up any smokescreens about what skills she has--and what ones she doesn't. No future Oscar for this one...

Since Lauren's book LA Candy will be made into a feature film, Lauren was asked whether or not she could play the main character in the semi-autobiographical work, Jane Roberts.

"I think my acting is offensive!" Lauren said, continuing that "I'm an awful actor, I'm not super comfortable with it. In fact I was just trying to do lines … and they'll tell you, I cannot memorize lines."

With Lauren launching her second clothing line, still writing books, and basically marketing her image like a genius, she won't have to act any time soon!

Speaking more on the film topic, Lauren said that "If you're putting your name on something, it's really important to be a part of it, or else people will just do whatever they want with it, and then it's not really you, and it won't be true. I'm planning on being a part of it from start to finish."

Good to know that Lauren knows her limitations.
