From Adriana Lima to Heidi Klum, I feel like models are always saying how easy it is for them to maintain their skinny frame. They never work out, but they drink a lot of water and try to get a lot of sleep. Sure. Here are some super-simple exercises that you can do to look hot without working that hard.
I personally like Fitness's Booty Camp workout. It's a 15-minute thing that'll get you moving, but before you know it, it's over! You're probably a kindred spirit if you want to spend as little time in the gym as possible...just like those celebs say they do.
The best thing about this workout is the fact that not everything here is a squat, or squat-like. The Roundhouse is a mat exercise, for example, that targets your hips, thighs, and abs along with that butt. Simply kneel on a mat on all fours with your head forward, and then lift your bent right knee up and out until it is at hip level. So easy!
If you're more of a dancer than a gym bunny, kind of like svelte Shakira, you'll probably like the two moves in this workout that use dance-peration to get your butt higher, firmer, faster. The 15-minute workout has both an arabesque and a plie move to get you tone that tush.
With this kind of an easy routine, it's easy to forget that you did it at all. Plus, no gym! Now that is a lazy girl workout I can love.
