Lil Wayne is not having the best week ever. He's facing jail time for gun possession charges, and now his "Mixtape" project No Ceiling with Jay-Z and other high-profile artists has hit the Web before it was time. Fans are happy; his label, probably not.

Some sites are posting the track list (which is said to be under copyright), and shockingly many are offering free downloads. No word yet on how Lil Wayne's label is responding.

According to search engine trends, fans are clamoring to get their No Ceiling on their playlists. The excitement over free music from a Grammy-winning, headline-making rapper is understandable, but keep in mind: there may be major legal implications for downloading these tracks, not to mention the unreliable sites that have splashed the download everywhere.
