Liz & Dick May Have Gotten Scathingly Bad reviews But Now Lindsay Lohan Has Bigger Fish to Fry

It must suck to be Lindsay Lohan. I mean, sure, she lives the "glamorous" life and gets to wear cool clothes and drive expensive cars but the girl is ALWAYS in trouble. The latest? being charged with third degree assault after a nightclub brawl in NYC.

LiLo allegedly punched a fellow patron at Aveneu nightclub in Manhattan's tony Chelsea district at about 4 o'clock this morning.

She (and her entourage) were then whisked away to the nearby 10th precinct where she was issued a desk appearance ticket.

You may recall that earlier this year Lohan was banned from Avenue for having Tweeted something about Justin Timberlake canoodling with a woman who was most certainly not Jessica Biel.

Guess she's decided not to follow L.A. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sauter's advice to "stop the nighclubbing and focus on your work."

This chick just needs to be locked up for a good, long time. She's been incarcerated six times for varying offenses but has served less than two weeks in jail. Time for some tough love.
