Lindsay Lohan Backed Out of Ne-Yo Collaboration

Is she dumb?

Well, we all know Lindsay Lohan isn't really the brightest bulb in the world. But if she wants her music career to take off so badly, why would she turn down a collaboration with someone like Ne-Yo? Not exactly Lindsay's smartest decision.

Why isn't Lindsay Lohan even trying to get her career back on track? Sure, she tried that fashion collaboration with Ungaro, but clearly fashion just isn't her thing. She had a great acting career. And some have even said she makes an excellent singer. No matter what, collaborating on a song with Ne-Yo definitely wouldn't hurt her!

Ne-Yo worked with Lindsay Lohan once before, on her single "Bossy," and he definitely helped her come up with a nice, quality song. They had plans to work on some other music too, but her album Spirit in the Dark has been delayed so many times from Universal Motown. And who knows when Lindsay Lohan will get her act together enough to get back into music.

Ne-Yo says, "We were doing some stuff and then it just fell off and hasn't got back on. I'm not gonna hold my breath... Lindsay, when you're ready to get it in, give me a call." Call him, Linds! Ne-Yo may be your only hope for a career rejuvenation. And your music career probably can't survive (take off?) without him. "Bossy" is actually a pretty hot track, but you need to make some more like it.
