Lindsay Lohan Denies Sam Ronson Abuse Rumors

Lindsay says that Sam never touched her.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have been in the tabloids quite a lot, haven't they? The two were recently splashed on the pages of gossip rags for their supposedly "abusive" relationship, and an insider claimed that Lindsay recently sported a huge welt, saying that Samantha was the one to give it to her.

Lindsay fought back on Twitter to refute the claims, conveniently getting herself plenty more press mentions this week. While the two had drama on Monday as Samantha worked at Teddy's, they seemed to be communicating well through Twitter.

Lindsay defended former girlfriend Samantha by saying that those reports were false ones from faux insiders. "This is become a bit much*Samantha R never raised a hand to me, I've never said she did* Enough is Enough. Focus on other more important....World Issues," Lindsay wrote on Twitter.

Keep in mind that Lindsay knows a lot about World Issues, having "saved" kids in India. She planned a special event to help Haiti, too. Regardless of how well the campaigns Lindsay try to start actually do (*cough*), at least her head is in the right place.

It looks like Ronson thanked Lilo for denying the hurtful rumors, because Lindsay then added a "you are welcome ;)" Tweet directed right at Sam. Since this has been one eventful week for Sam and Linds, we hope things quiet down for a while... for their sakes.
