Lindsay Lohan Going to Jail for Jewel Theft, Lying to Cops? [POLL]
La Lohan Is Having Yet More Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Days
Sometimes, the propensity of Lindsay Lohan to get herself into trouble is so strong that you almost think she has to be innocent … no one could possibly be so self-destructive as to land themselves in hot water time and time again, the way she reliably does.

But, she does, and she has yet again. According to reports at TMZ.com, the chronicler of all things Lohan mess-related, the actress is not only officially a suspect in the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses from her friend's home, but she's also in trouble for possibly lying to cops about that big car crash back in June, the one where she slammed into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway.
So, first, the suspected thievery: LL and her assistant Gavin Doyle were at a party at the Hollywood Hills home of her friend Sam Magid on Aug. 19. The next day, Magid reported the theft of $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses from his home, and law enforcement sources tell TMZ both Lohan and Doyle are suspects.

The fabulously wealthy Magid mysteriously recanted his claim that anything had been stolen, but cops tell TMZ they have independent witnesses who've tagged LL and Doyle as the thieves.
Bottom line for La Lohan: she's already on probation for the 2011 case involving a stolen necklace from a Venice jewelry store, so being charged with stealing more jewelry could mean her long list of misdeeds will land her in a jail cell.
But wait, there's more … another TMZ.com report says Santa Monica police detectives have been trying to talk to Lohan about her June car crash, the one in which she rammed a rented black Porsche into an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway.
Lohan claimed her assistant -- yes, Doyle again, a dude who seriously needs to consider finding employment elsewhere -- was driving the car. Doyle said Lohan was driving the car, and the driver of the truck told TMZ Lohan and Doyle tried to flee the scene immediately after the crash.

But police believe Lohan was the driver, and lying to the cops could come with a one-year jail sentence. It would also be a violation of her parole from the aforementioned Venice necklace case.
So, the question is, will Lohan and her attorney, Shawn Holley, yet again manage to wiggle LL out of a slew of legal entanglements, or will her storm of legal woes finally catch up to her and result in a serious bit of jail time?
What do you think?
Is Lindsay Lohan going to end up in jail with her latest legal entanglements?
