Lindsay Lohan To Dad: "Be A Real Father"

Lindsay Lohan lashes out over dad Michael's press tour.

What's with the suddenly-credible Michael Lohan to whom the media have been giving so much attention? Lindsay Lohan is finally breaking her silence by insisting that her dad's  multiple appearances in recent weeks in which he's voiced concern about his elder daughter's well-being are nothing more than attempts for him to get in the spotlight.

And she's telling him to back the F up. Lindsay released a statement that included the following message to dad Michael:

"I'm so hurt that someone who calls himself my father needs to use the press to communicate with me.

"I have not spoken to my father, nor have I responded to his threatening and erratic messages over the last several months. It's so sad that he needs to stay in the media spotlight by using my name and making up excessive lies. He should instead try to be a real father."

Hey mom Dina? We know you think Lindsay's a genius, but could you step in and intervene here please? Before somebody really gets hurt?
