Lindsay Lohan's Allegedly Drunken Escapades Are Back

Eyewitnesses say she was drunk, ruined fan's camera

How does Lindsay Lohan not have a special full-time monitor with her at all times? We've heard countless rumors that she's still drinking and drugging, and now this fan's account (and picture) only drives home the point that many people were already tossing around--she hasn't changed a bit.

An allegedly falling-all-over-herself Lindsay was spotted at Paul & Andre, a club in Hollywood, where she was seated next to a group that snapped her photo. They claim that she was "being stupid" and that she was drunk, and they took a picture to prove it. Lindsay's friend/handler/whatever grabbed the camera and reportedly soaked it in water.

"We didn't press charges because we thought it was funny at first," said an eyewitness. "We all were drunk. But then we figured out when we got home that the camera was broken because water seeped in. The memory card, though, was still good."

"Lindsay appeared to be 'belligerently drunk,'" the source said. "She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place. She was being stupid. When she grabbed my friend's wrist, another woman who was with Lindsay grabbed the camera. She kept saying 'I need that camera' over and over again. So the woman got it and sunk it into the ice bucket."

I am not surprised about Lindsay's alleged antics, are you? She is on probation and is doing community service, but her rep denied any knowledge of the incident. Lindsay will keep flirting with danger, but that's all that will come of it, I'm sure. I wish I had half her "luck" when we're talking about coming out of bad situations unscathed.
