Lindsay Lohan's Judge Steps Down From Case
Out goes Revel, in comes Fox.
Lindsay Lohan has gotten a bit of revenge. Judge Marsha Revel, the one who slammed the gavel down on LiLo and sentenced her to 90 days in jail, has removed herself from the case after being accused of improper conduct.

Revel voluntarily stepped down from the case after prosecutors raised objections to Revel's inappropriate contacting of the rehab facility where Lohan is currently being treated, all without the presence of the district attorney.
"The prosecutor raised objections about the judge having hearings and conference calls without having the DAs present or being notified," L.A. District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison told People Magazine. "It happened several times."
Prosecutors planned to request a judge change, but Revel stepped down before any paperwork was filed.

Revel's removal comes during the same week that Lohan was released from jail after serving only 14 days of her original 90-day sentence. The actress was found in violation of her probation following a 2007 conviction for driving while intoxicated.
Replacing Revel will be Superior Court Judge Elden Fox, who presided over Winona Ryder's infamous shoplifting case as well as a Courtney Love drug possession trial.
