Mandy Moore isn't just planning on taking a vacation after all: the pretty singer will also be working on her fitness! Whenever anyone says "no more resolutions," you never know if they really mean it or not...but at least hers are reasonable and grounded. Even if you've sworn off resolutions, consider these suggestions.

She's thinking about starting a garden. "I want to try to grow some of my own vegetables. I'm curious to see if I can actually keep a garden going, because I usually kill my houseplants," she told Shape magazine. "Luckily, Ryan's really into the idea, so he'll make sure nothing dies."
What you can try: Buy one more houseplant to oxygenate your surroundings, start a patio or roof garden, or join a cooperative for organic veggies.
She's going to start working out at home again. "After Pilates I should do some cardio, and after hiking, I need to do some resistance training," Mandy said. "I have all the equipment in my house, and it's just collecting dust. So after I get home from Pilates, I'm going to jump on my mini trampoline for 15 minutes."
What you can try: Organize your workout DVD collection, move your home exercise equipment to a more conspicuous place so you can't ignore it, clean off your treadmill, buy new weights, or pick up a new inspirational fitness book.
