Fox Punched A Woman Last Year

Matthew Fox is at it again. The former Lost star was arrested in Oregon on Friday morning on suspicion of DUI, just months after being detained for assaulting a female bus driver.

Fox, 45, was arrested in the early hours of Friday morning in Bend, Oregon, on suspicion of driving under the influence. According to reports, the former Party of Five star was on his way to a fast food restaurant.

The arrest is the actor's second run-in with trouble in the past few months, after being detained aboard a party bus in August.

Fox was accused of punching the female driver after she blocked him from entering. The woman says Fox drunkenly tried to climb on and, when she denied him, he punched her in the stomach and groin area.

The driver, Heather Bormann, sued Fox for $75,000 and Fox eventually counter-sued. Prosecutors on the case however declined to file charges.
