Megan Fox Engaged To Brian Austin Green Again!

But they lost her ring!

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are one of Hollywood's best-known off-and-on couples. The pair were engaged until February 2009, but Brian has proposed again in Hawaii! Unfortunately there's no ring for evidence -- here's why.

Hollywood Life reports via Us Weekly that Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were on holiday at the Four Seasons Hualalai hotel on the Big Island in Hawaii June 1 when witnesses saw Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green apparently celebrating a big event. "I saw her jumping up and down," a witness said.

But before Megan Fox could even show off the two-carat diamond that it's reported she and Green picked out together in Los Angeles, they dropped the ring. Says the witness, "Later, I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand ... Security and maintenance staff spent a couple of hours looking for it ... No one found it."

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green started dating in 2004, broke up in 2009 and have been trying to work things out since last year. We hope this lost diamond isn't another omen about the romance between these two...nah: Megan Fox says that all the material that goes with love is insignificant. "I just think, if you're going to [get married,] if you're going to be with someone and make a commitment," Fox told Access Hollywood recently, "it's good to tell the universe, to say I'm committing to this person and making them my family ... I think there's something respectable about that and if we were to do it, it would be for ourselves. It wouldn't be for society."
