Need a move to sculpt you well? Try the ice skater, which targets abs, back, hips, butt, and outer thighs. This Fitness mag move is a real keeper... I might even add it to my regularly-scheduled fitness plan.
This move involves a chair--and some stamina!
*Stand with feet slightly less than shoulder-width apart, and hold the back of a chair with your arms extended.
*Bend your left knee a little and extend your right leg backwards to the left side (pics here), keeping your toes pointed to the floor.
