Michael Lohan Reveals Jon Gosselin's Gigs Outside TLC

Mike Lohan throws Jon Gosselin under the legal bus.

TLC has Michael Lohan to thank after a very productive Wednesday in court. In the networks' breach of contract suit against toolbag dad Jon Gosselin, TLC's legal team called witnesses like Michael Lohan, Hailey Glassman and Kate Major to the stand to reveal jobs Jon Gosselin had going on outside TLC's contract. Based on what Lohan said as he exited court, things don't look very good for the Goss.

Wednesday's deposition took place for two and a half hours in New York City. In it, Michael Lohan revealed that he had been in the process of booking extra work for Jon Gosselin, including magazine appearances and "Las Vegas personal appearances. There were some at Ghost Bar, Prive, and the MGM Grand Hotel."

For Jon to participate in these events would have been a breach of TLC's exclusive contract, similar to participating in an affair during a marriage...although we all know how Jon Gosselin regards that institution. Based on Wednesday's deposition, Michael Lohan thinks TLC's case against his broken-up bromantic seems solid. Of TLC's legal counsel, Lohan said, "I think the attorneys from Williams & Connolly were very thorough. I think they did a great job. They asked the appropriate questions and they got the answers they wanted. I think they have a very, very strong case, one that I definitely don't think they'll lose. So good luck to Jon."
