Michael Sheen Goes from Werewolf to Vampire

What supernatural creature does he play best?

It's an interesting fact we've never thought of before. New Moon's Michael Sheen is going from a werewolf into a vampire. While he'll be playing vampire Aro in the second Twilight movie, Sheen once played a werewolf in Underworld. And he's worried you'll remember that.

We think we might be Michael Sheen's new biggest fans and we can't wait to see him as Aro in New Moon. And we actually totally forgot he played a werewolf in the movie Underworld, until he reminded us. Michael told Parade.com, "There's so much expectation about the sequel. People who are hooked on the stories have very definite ideas about the character from the second book. So it's a dilemma. You want to give them what they expect, what they want to see, but you also want to surprise them. My biggest concern has been that everyone would remember that I played a werewolf in Underworld. So it would be a stretch for me to become a vampire."

We definitely don't think it's a stretch and are sure Michael will do an amazing job playing Aro. But apparently, his daughter was a little unsure when he first told her he'd be starring in New Moon. We thought this was strange since his daughter's such a big fan, but Michael explained it: "she was a bit overwhelmed. It was like when I was kid--if there was something I was really into, the last thing I wanted was my mom and dad to be into it as well. So, at first, Lily got upset and sort of cried when I told her."

Ooh, we can definitely feel for Lily. But we're sure Michael will make it up to her by introducing her to Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and whoever her favorite Twilight stars are. She's going to be getting some major perks!
