We just learned that British actor, Michael Sheen, will be joining the cast of New Moon, the sequel to huge hit, Twilight. You know, that little film that made tons of us fall for Robert Pattinson and his character, Edward Cullen.

40-year-old Sheen has signed on to play Aro, leader of the Volturi vampire coven, a deadly group determined that humans never find out that vampires exist.

You may recognize Michael Sheen from last's year's Oscar-nominated Frost/Nixon, where he played David Frost. Or, you may know him as another member of the undead from 2003's Underworld, which also starred Kate Beckinsale. Michael and Kate have a daughter together, Lily Mo Sheen, who is now 10 years old.
