Miley Cyrus' Brother Got Brenda Song Pregnant
Cyrus And Song: Tween Stars Making Music Babies
Miley Cyrus is going to be an Aunt as her brother, Trace, is having a baby with Brenda Song.
Who is Brenda Song you ask? Well -- if you're under the age of 14 -- you may remember her from the Disney Channel's Wendy Wu telemovies or their Sprouse brothers offering, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. If you're slightly older, then you'll probably be familiar with her role as Andrew Garfield's clingy girlfriend in The Social Network. Either way, she's 23 years old and has been dating Trace for some time now. That is, after she split from Joe Jonas, and he from Miley's arch-frienemy, Demi Lovato.

Speaking to Celebuzz, a source revealed “They are beyond thrilled. [She is] about eight weeks along", meaning that the bundle of joy will be arriving next Spring. I guess we won't be seeing Song on the big screen again for some time.
Career-wise, Trace had some mild-success in his sister's shadows as he fronted Metro Station, but has since assumed a solo career, performing under the name Ashland High. Needless to say, his solo attempts haven't been going so well and, now that he's a baby-daddy, he'll more than likely be stepping further away from the music industry. Which is probably what Miley should also be doing right about now.
According to some music industry know-it-alls, Miley's music career has really slowed down since she finished her contract with Disney, and adopted her new raunchy image. Naturally, as Miley got a little older, she felt as though she had to rebel and reinvent. Unfortunately, her reinvention isn't streamlining with her Hannah Montana past, as the Disney show still airs on TV.

“I believe for the young fans who have grown up with her, while she is trying to assert her independence, she is alienating this one-time target audience,” explained Michelle Groover, Public Relations Professor at Georgia Southern University.
During her Hannah Montana days, many thought Miley's career would escalate to the same heights as Britney Spears'. At present, it doesn't appear as though Miley has the same staying power as Spears; although, this is nothing that a good head shaving and total wig out couldn't solve.
