Milla Jovovich started out as a model after when she emigrated from Russia to London to the US in the 1980s, and she's posed for some pretty sexy shoots in recent years. The 35-year-old wife and mom was born in Ukraine and attended Mikhail Gorbachev's 80th birthday party in London Wednesday night. When Milla took to the red carpet, the sheerness of her black lace Valentino dress shifted...just enough to create a real show for the red carpet photographers.

Yes, the gorgeous Milla Jovovich suffered a bit of a nip-slip. No stranger to fashion risks, Jovovich remained stoic on the red carpet and continued to pose boldly for photogs...and when she logged onto Twitter to gush about the evening, her wardrobe malfunction got no airplay. "What a beautiful night it was!" Jovovich tweeted. "The music, the incredible minds awarded for their amazing work ... I got all choked up when I made my speech talking about how we never thought when we left Russia that we would ever see our family again ... And because of Gorbachev, so many Russian families were reunited with loved ones they hadn't seen in decades. It was a spectacular night!"
