Miranda Lambert Caused Fight Between Blake Shelton, Chad Kroeger

Miranda Lambert is one of country's queens, and don't think she won't throw her drink in the face of a drunk-breathed, bumbling rock star if the need rises. A little tiff between Miranda Lambert and the guy from Nickelback caused her fiance, Blake Shelton, to pull a Russell Brand. Here's why Miranda sloshed a shot in Chad Kroeger's face.

Between the CMAs, the AMAs and every alphabetted acronym in between, Miranda Lambert is rocking the reign of country music, as well as the charts. Lambert is engaged to fellow country cutie Blake Shelton, and at her 27th birthday party in Nashville on Nov. 10, it sounds like the party Blake threw got a little out of control.

So was the case, at least, for Chad Kroeger -- known as the lead singer of the Canadian rock band Nickelback. Word has it that at the party held in Miranda's honor three weeks ago, Chad Kroeger bugged her relentlessly to do a shot with him. When Miranda turned down Kroeger's offer saying it was a school night (and also because her fiance was closeby), Chad kept it up and finally said something to the effect of, "You don't have to be a bitch about it." At that, Miranda Lambert hauled off and threw the shot that Kroeger had bought her right in his face.

That's when Blake Shelton busted onto the scene to protect his fianceé's honor: "But people kept Blake away," says a witness. Good thing for Kroeger: we heard Blake Shelton stands almost six-and-a-half-feet tall.
