Nineteen-year-old Montana Fishburne is the star of a new sex tape that she's hoping will catapult her into the Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton celebrity league, but Montana is now revealing how her dad, actor Laurence Fishburne, has reacted to the video...will they be able to make amends?

Montana Fishburne made headlines late last week when she announced that she'd starred in a sex tape released by porn mega-distributor Vivid Entertainment. Montana has expressed a desire to transform into a glittery Hollywood staple, and the sex tape was part of her super-strategy to make a name for herself.

Vivid published screenshots of the video, which hit the press on Monday. In the images, Montana Fishburne appears completely aware -- and pleased -- of the fact that a camera caught her stripping down. If the shots are enough to make us cringe, imagine how they're affecting her family! TMZ's quoting Montana Fishburne on what her dad Laurence thinks: "[My dad] is very upset. I heard that he's mad at me but I haven't spoken to him yet. I feel pretty confident that I can work things out with him."

Montana continued with her juvenile optimism, saying, "I think he wants to support me in everything I do, and though he sees this now as a negative, I believe in time he will view it as a positive."

Montana says that she plans to sit down and have a discussion with her dad soon, and that up until the video came out, they spoke approximately once a week.

Montana Fishburne has an older brother, Langston, and their mother is Laurence Fishburne's first wife, Hajna O. Moss. Fishburne divorced Moss in the mid-1990s and is remarried to Gina Torres, with whom he has a toddler daughter.
