Yeah this seems a little too good to be true. There are a lot of studies that suggest that diet doesnt dramatically affect ones skin.

for that price I feel like I should be able to find something that works better. I like the all natural approach though... does anyone know of a good acne treatment system that I don't have to eat, but one that is also safe to use? (I have read about some of the dangerous chemicals they put in cosmetic products and it's really scary!)
