Neve Campbell has filed for divorce, and her expert low Hollywood profile helped keep the news a secret for the last five months. Here are the details of 37-year-old Neve Campbell's divorce from English actor John Light.

Since her "Party of Five Days," Scottish/Dutch-Canadian Neve Campbell has grown best known for her work in the "Scream" franchise. Right after "Scream" took off, Campbell married actor Jeff Colt in April 1995 and then divorced him three years later.

In 2005 while she was working on the DVD dramedy "Investigating Sex," Neve Campbell met English actor John Light. Reportedly in December 2005 Campbell and Light were engaged, and in May 2007 they married in Malibu. Neve and John kept a primary residence in North London while Neve's profile among British theater and TV audiences grew.

But a breaking report reveals that in summer 2010, Neve Campbell secretly filed for divorce from John Light in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The cause for the split remains unclear, but a source close to the couple says, "They're still really close friends, and it was a very amicable divorce."

However amicable, Neve has requested that the court not award Light with spousal support. When she filed for divorce in June, she cited irreconcirable differences.

It's possible that work got in the way: Neve Campbell will take to the bigscreen again on April 15, 2011, when "Scream 4" hits theaters. No doubt she and Courteney Cox had lots to chat about between scenes.
