'New Moon' Do-Gooder Complains About Premiere
If you had tix to the New Moon premiere, would you suck up trip costs?
Uh, we would! A woman who found the New Moon script stashed in a St. Louis dumpster last spring did a good deed by returning the holy document to Summit Entertainment. In return, they hooked her up with tickets to the New Moon premiere in Los Angeles...and a trip down the red carpet with the stars, and an invite to the after-party! So what's to whine about?
Casey Ray says she's "grateful" that Summit Entertainment returned her favor with all these highly-coveted hookups, but unfortunately, the cost of the trip is putting a real damper on things. It's reported Ray is taking her niece along for the ride and all the fanfare, and the cost of flights and hotel for the two of them adds up to around $1,200!
.
Times are tough for a lot of folks and we don't mean to be flip...BUT, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be part of the biggest phenomenon in the world! Summit Entertainment claims Ray never indicated that she had any problems with the package when they offered it to her last May...and get this: it also comes with a signed copy of the script from the cast members! Take it and run!
Maybe when the ladies get back they'll tell us how Robert Pattinson really smells...we'll keep you posted on whether Summit resolves the situation with more complimentary goodies. So jealous!
