New Moon Opening Night: Fans Line Up for Midnight Showing

The day we've been waiting for is finally here! If you were lined up at theaters for the midnight showing of New Moon, you know how crazy it was out there. So, now we're wondering, what did you think of the movie?

We think it's safe to say that Twi-hards can actually be compared to Trekkies. Not only did thousands and thousands of fans wait in line for hours to get into midnight showings of New Moon, but lots of them even dressed up for the movie. Whether it was in Twilight apparel, or with vampire-inspired contacts, capes, and fangs, Twilight fans were in full force yesterday evening.

The reviews are finally coming in for the movie and they're actually pretty mixed. We were a bit surprised to see that E! only gave the movie a C+, but we actually kind of loved their review. They broke the movie down for different types of people to help you decide whether or not you'll like it.

We think that for real Twilight fans, the movie could do no wrong and they would like it no matter what, so long as it stayed true to the book's story. And for people who are simply fans of really good acting, they probably weren't too enthused about the whole thing. One thing most reviewers can get behind is that New Moon is better than the first Twilight movie. So if you loved Twilight, you probably went absolutely crazy over New Moon.
