Nick Lachey sat down with Rachael Ray and they chatted about the rumors about he and Jessica Simpson getting back together and whether he would be up for another reality show. But, what surprised us was when he talked about being single. Everyone thought he was back together with Vanessa Minnillo!

"When I read they (Jessica & Tony) split up, in my head I said here it comes. I just split up with Vanessa. The timing was just too perfect to resist," Lachey told Ray. "Right now single life is good, especially in New York."

Doesn't is sound like he is having a single good time in NYC? Guess those rumors about him getting back with Minnillo were wrong, unless he is just protecting their privacy.

Rachael Ray asked Nick Lachey if he would ever do another reality show and he said, "I definitely would... you know I'm not gonna say I wouldn't do reality TV again. I wouldn't do reality TV in my home in my marriage as the focus."

Lachey also hinted at reunion, but not with Jessica. "98 degrees, that is one reunion that might actually happen at some point," he said.
