Nicole Richie looked stunning as she arrived for the official launch of her new jewelry line, House of Harlow. Just look at her! The dress/jewelry combo is perfect and something only she could pull off.

Also, this is how you showcase your jewels. The simple white maxi sheath provides the perfect backdrop for the burnt orange bangles and brushed gold rings. And Nic, I'm not usually a fan of the hippie headband, but this one is tolerable. Way to go.
