Nicole Richie Goes Easy Route

Nicole Richie recently spilled about her Halloween costume for this week, telling Extra! that it will be a White Rabbit costume. While she's not getting creative with makeup or going all-out like Heidi Klum, we're certainly not against renting or borrowing a full costume for ourselves, if necessary.

Nicole admitted that she'll probably dress her new baby boy Sparrow up like a mummy (with toilet paper), while Harlow wants to be Tinkerbell instead of her preferred Halloween costume--someone from Alice in Wonderland! We'll see who wins out as it gets closer to the 31st.

*You have limited funds to allow for error. While renting a costume isn't cheap, it's more expensive picking up countless arts supplies and realizing that they won't work...after making a mess and ruining your stockpile.

*You need something for a posh bash where everyone going all-out. I've had a few cute homemade costumes that seemed decidedly less cute when I showed up and everyone looked like they stepped out of the Phantom of the Opera.

*You haven't decided yet. Get yourself to a costume shop and rent right now! Who wants to ruin their Halloween experimenting with different costumes at the last minute?

*You're a mom like Nicole. Everyone can match if you get your costume ready-made, and you will save yourself a ton of time!
