I have always admired how fashionably Serena and Blair of Gossip Girl dress even in, what's supposed to be, the coldest East Coast winters. Now, we too can look chic this season without spending a fortune. Nordstrom offers a variety of stylish coats and jackets, all for under $100.

Winter has never been my favorite season, but this Boiled Wool Peacoat by Rubbish is about to change that. I'm a huge bargain shopper and $38.90 for a quality coat is a fine deal for me.
