Octuplet Mother Chooses Reality TV Over Child Care
Bring on the tomatoes.
In a move that's sure to anger those already quite angry with her, the Octuplet Mom has rejected an offer of free child care. Why would the unemployed mother of 14 turn her back on help, you ask? What could be more important than child care for her bulging brood? Reality TV, it would seem.
The nonprofit group, Angels in Waiting, offered Octuplet Mom, Nadya Suleman, 24-hour child care for a year...for free. But Nadya apparently turned them down because they refused her request to attach a reality television show to the offer.
Yeah, that's probably not the smartest move, lady. Not really a way to garner fans or potential donors. We recently came across a poll where 95% of people surveyed said they would not give money to help the Octuplet Mom. Those four people that were ready to jump in and help - they're now reconsidering.
Jumping on the bandwagon with them is famed attorney Gloria Allred. The lady legal - who somehow manages to insert herself into every scandalous quasi-legal situation - is requesting that Los Angeles County Child and Family Services investigate Suleman's ability to care for 14 children on her own.
Things are lookin' bad for Nadya - almost as bad as those lip injections. Wha? Sorry. I had to say it. I've been looking at this woman and those lips for weeks now and have thus far refrained from commenting. But, honestly, was she trying to model herself after The Joker?
