Gabby Douglas Olympic Gold Medal Wins Equal Big Money
Gabby Douglas has a million dollar smile that's about to translate into millions of actual dollars.
Fresh off her Olympics gold medal win for the gymnastics all-around event, Douglas is expected to rake in millions of dollars in endorsement deals, according to Forbes.
Already, Kellogg's has announced that Douglas will be on a box of Corn Flakes, releasing a mock-up of what the cereal box will look like.

Also, since Douglas is sponsored by P&G, you can expect to see her in ads for their products, plus other companies are no doubt clamoring to have the upbeat gold medal winner be a part of their brand messaging.
Marketing expert Dan Migala tells Forbes, "The values companies look for are greatness, gold medal champions and hard work. Gabby has all of those."
In a post Douglas wrote for ESPNW, titled, "The Biggest Night of My Life," she recounts the moment she knew she had won gold, her reaction, and the emotional aspect of her huge accomplishment:
"People have asked if I felt like I was on fire here in London, but I just feel normal, the same as I do every day in practice. The difference has been that I was ready to seize the moment, to focus and to trust in what I can do.

And the crazy thing was, they were all taking pictures of me."
