Who can resist an adorable cooing bird--even though its eyes are more than a little freaky? This Malay Eagle Owl likes to be scratched on the head, and has now made his way to Cute Overload to be fawned over properly.

Entitled "Is This Bird Cute or Evil?" this video follows an owl hopping out of the underbrush to get pampered by some smart people who know how to please an owl. If you ignore the eyes rolling back in its head and its deep black eyes, its "scratching song" can be curious and endearing.
