Oprah Gets First Ralph Lauren Interview in 20 Years

Of course, we all know Ralph Lauren. But do we really know him? He hasn't done a televised interview in over 20 years. But all that will change on Wednesday when Oprah heads to his home and interviews him for all of us to see.

Do you supposed Ralph Lauren realized if he was ever going to do another televised interview, it may as well be with Oprah Winfrey? And since she's retiring her show after this year, he needed to get on it? So, he invited Oprah into his own for an inside peek and the show featuring Ralph Lauren will air on Wednesday.
According to WWD.com, Oprah will sit down with Lauren at his Telluride, Colorado, ranch. And it sounds like she's getting a major inside peek! The website says, "Winfrey gets a glimpse into how the Laurens live, rides around the ranch in his vintage 1948 Jeep, and offers a rare look at Lauren's antiques-filled tepees. The two chat about his career and milestones as well as his future..."
Oprah will also be chatting with Ralph Lauren's wife, Ricky, as well as his kids, David, Dylan, and Andrew. I hope Lauren shares why he hasn't done a televised interview in 20 years. Oh, and maybe a few details about what his future plans are for his fashion label.
