Oprah Shows Off Natural Hair on Cover of O Magazine
Oprah Winfrey Reveals Natural Hair in O Mag Makeover Issue
Oprah looks every bit the goddess on the new issue of O magazine -- wearing, for the first time ever, her natural hair on the cover of her publication.
It's a side of Oprah that she's never shared before.
Winfrey graces the O Magazine makeover issue cover with her hair natural -- no straightening products or excessive styling going on here.

Winfrey explains that she often wears her hair natural on the weekend or on vacation, but says she's open to try new hairstyles, explaining: "I even notice a change in my dogs when they get their summer cuts: they're friskier and livelier." And, leave it Andre Walker, her hair guru of some 25 years, to always have her coiffed to perfection.
Even so, La Oprah once said she wanted to cut all of her hair off, saying she wanted it "close-cropped, à la Camille Cosby."
Looks like Bill Cosby had his say in the decision after warning Winfrey not to do it, saying, "‘You've got the wrong head shape and you'll disappoint yourself.' I took his advice."
Ah, the wisdom of Bill Cosby.

At the heart of it all, however, Oprah reminds readers that there's more to a makeover than just the external appearance, saying, "The only way to real transformation is through the mind."
