Like father like son?

Call me crazy, but I wasn't even aware Oscar de la Renta had a son. And a totally fashionable one at that! Now Oscar's son, Moises de la Renta is going to be designing for Mango. We can't wait to see the results!

How splendid is it to know there's actually another in the de la Renta dynasty? Moises de la Renta is clearly following in his famous father's footsteps and that gets us all kinds of excited. He's designed a limited edition line of t-shirts for Mango and we're just praying that they make their way to the United States.

Moises told Vogue.com, "My inspirations for this collection were the traditional romantic themes: from pretty patchworks with summer flowers in sombre colours, such as rose, violet, grey and black, to graphic illusions which combine transparent effects, with shiny gems and adornments in between." Wow, how fantastic does that sound?

While Oscar de la Renta is known for his beautiful timeless pieces, Moises is only 25 and has a bit of a rock-and-roll edge. Sounds like the absolute perfect team! I can't wait to see what else Moises de la Renta does in the future.
