Paris Hilton Buys A Pig

Hilton shopped for a new pet at Royal Dandie, source of world's smallest teacup piglets.

"So excited for my new piglette to come home to me," Paris Hilton tweeted on Friday, starting a media frenzy over her new pet as the massive craze for teacup pigs hits a new high.

Where do you get a mini pot-bellied pig? Paris only goes to the most famous source Royal Dandie, a high-profile breeder in Oregon. "I just picked out the cutest piggy from Patty at Royaldandie," she included in her tweet. Paris' pig is estimated to weigh between 25 and 29 pounds, which is considered to be in the class of a Dandie Extreme or the smallest possible pig you can get.

The swine is sure to lead an un-simple life, and she won't bear just any commoner name. One source says Paris plans to dub the piggy "Princess Pigelette," while another reports a possible moniker as "Miss Pigelette." Paris has time to decide -- she won't receive the royal dandie for another couple weeks.
