Paris Hilton Debuts New Fragrance As a Mermaid

"Siren" by Paris Will Be Out in July

Paris Hilton's posed as a fairy for one of her past fragrances, and now she's going to be a topless mermaid to promote "Siren" by Paris Hilton. Since it was inspired by mermaids, we're wondering what kind of scent we should expect.

"Siren is all about being sexy in a playful way. I feel irresistible as a mermaid," Paris told WWD. "What girl doesn’t want to have fun being a fantasy creature that men can’t resist?"

WWD describes the fruit floral fragrance as having "top notes of juicy mandarin, apricot nectar, and frangipani, with a heart of honeysuckle, coconut orchid and water lily. The drydown consists of vanilla beans, sandalwood and creamy musk," which sounds better than expected from some of Paris's more super sweet scents. It's going to be available in an eau de parfum ($45-55) and a body lotion ($28) at Macy's, so you can grab it in July.

What do you make of Paris's advertisement, shown? I'm not sure if her demographic (teen girls and 20-somethings?) appreciates seeing her topless, but undoubtedly Paris finds herself. . .hot.
