Peek Inside the Homes of Your Favorite Designers

Will their houses match their style?

In order to have the best inspiration and the perfect talent, you need to get a good night's sleep, right? But have you ever wondered where your favorite designers are getting their 8 hours? Now you probably are! Well, you're in luck because the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) is giving you a look at just where your favorite fashion designers live and sleep!

It's an upcoming coffee table book that will feature the homes of some of the CFDA's 115 members. Members who are incredibly talented fashion designers. And if they create designs as fabulous as they do, you can only imagine that their homes must be absolutely beautiful, too!

But, of course, we're most interested in seeing where these designers sleep because we think you can tell a whole lot about someone from the way they decorate their bedrooms. We'll get the opportunity to see into the homes of designers like Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Caroline Herrera, Diane von Furstenberg, and tons more.

According to the book's author, Rima Suqi to WWD, "This is the ultimate voyeuristic journey... If you are a New Yorker, and like me, are always looking into people's windows if the lights are on, this will feel very similar, except that they are all the homes of fashion designers." OK, so that sounds a little creepy, but we get what she means. And of course we want a peek into these designers' homes! It just feels a little bit better than they're actually offering to give us one.

The book is called American Fashion Designers At Home and is due out in September. We can't wait to get our curious little paws on it!
