Will Penelope Cruz finally get hitched? If you believe the rumors, then she's going to marry her longtime boyfriend Javier Bardem this December...and she's got a gorgeously frothy white gown from Balenciaga coming her way! I can't wait to see if things pan out like the rumors hint.
A source said that Penelope's plans are well under way. Since she never talks about her personal life, we probably won't know until the whole thing is said and done! Actually, who knows? Penelope could've tied the knot with Javier in a civil ceremony ages ago-- if it were in Spain, and in a small town, who'd be the wiser? I wouldn't put it past her.
"They will marry very soon, maybe even over the holidays," said a source. "Since she and Javier are from Spain, she'd love to have a Spanish designer create her dream gown."
The House of Balenciaga also provided Salma Hayek's gown when she got married to Francois-Henri Pinault. A source said to In Touch "Salma's dress was specifically designed for her by the company's creative director, Nicolas Ghesquiere, and it was just beautiful. I'm sure they would be more than thrilled to create a gown for Penelope, it will be the most important dress of her life."
It sounds very specific and believable, and I'm sure that Penelope will keep everything under wraps until the end. I'm a sucker for romance, so let's hope that Penelope and Javier do get married this December!
